European Union: Brexit Negotiations

Committee Description: A referendum occurred on June 23, 2016, in the United Kingdom. The verdict was that the UK wanted to leave the European Union, often known as “Brexit.” Subsequently, on March 29, 2017, British Prime Minister Theresa May initiated Article 50, which triggered the UK's two-year countdown to leave the EU formally. The committee session is set for April 1st, 2017. The task of this committee is for each member of the EU to come to an agreement while seeking the best outcome for all members of the EU, including the UK. Now, as the media has covered, the agreement does not equally benefit everyone. Your job is to come to an agreement and pass the terms of the deal promptly.
