MUN at Clark

Model United Nations at Clark University is a student-run organization that serves Clarkies interested in international relations. We are open to students of all majors and skill sets and offer opportunities to participate in experiential learning, academic gatherings, and social events.

We hold weekly meetings, host periodic practice simulations on weekends, and organize our high school conference. Our program is different from others in that we provide far greater access to first-year students when it comes to competing at and planning conferences.

For the 2020-21 school year, Clark's ranking rose from the #15 best collegiate MUN team in North America to #9! For the 2021-2022 year we still maintained a Top 25 spot. The team is also one of the highest-ranked in New England. Over the past five years, four of our members have been honored on the North American College Model UN All-Star Team. We attend 9 to 12 Model UN conferences each year—in cities including Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, Montréal, Chicago, and Washington, DC—making our team one of the three most traveled on the college circuit.
